We had fun designing this 2202 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! There was a master bedroom and bathroom included on each floor. This lot had wonderful views of a pond across the street that we tried to maximize in our design. Upstairs had an extra entertaining area to easily accommodate kids watching a movie upstairs and the adults downstairs. This home sold and was under contract the first day it was listed on the market.
